ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING:

Tom is a Registered Architect in the State of Texas with over 30 years of experience.  His projects have included custom homes, retail centers, office/showrooms, warehouses, a country club and a church sanctuary/fellowship hall complex.  In the past 20 years his architectural work has focused primarily on the design of a variety of restaurant spaces from fast food to upscale dining. We have other consultants available for civil engineering, kitchen design, MEP services, and structural, environmental and specialty design needs.

Our architectural services include programming/scope, design development, code analysis, representation to city boards, preparation of construction documents and inspection.  Our experience with LEED requirements can facilitate the client's needs regarding Green Options.

DEVELOPMENT:

We offer our clients options for master plan development.  We can assemble teams of consultants for civil, survey, soils, or environmental analysis to compliment the needs of the project.  Other services include working with city boards and departments regarding planning needs as they relate to city ordinances.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT:

We offer our clients construction management for either remodel or new build projects. The scope of service can be customized as needed for design, construction documents, bidding/negotiation, construction and turnover.  Past experience has focused on fast food and custom upscale restaurants from 2,000 to 25,000/sf.
